Barcelona News Today: Rosell tells Barca to re-sign Neymar, but only on two conditions

Rosell tells Barca to re-sign Neymar on two conditions

Former Barcelona president Sandro Rosell has told the club to bring Neymar back to Camp Nou but only on two conditions.

Neymar left Barcelona for a big money move to PSG in 2017, but he is now heavily linked with a return to the club.

Rosell, who brought Neymar to Camp Nou back in 2013 wants Barcelona to re-sign Neymar, but he has suggested that the signing should be based on two conditions: one for football and the other for the player’s behaviour.

If I were the president of Barca, I would try to sign Neymar.

“He is the second-best player in the world after Messi and fits perfectly into the philosophy of the club.

“But with experience, I would sign him with two contracts, one sports and the other behavioural.”

Dembele in Liverpool’s plans

Liverpool will turn their attention to Ousmane Dembele if they fail to sign Timo Werner from RB Leipzig this summer as Jurgen Klopp admires the Barca forward.

Coach Quique Setien likes Dembele and wants him to stay but the signing of Trincao and Pedri is likely to make the French player leave.

Barca tell Lenglet that he is not for sale

Barcelona have assured Clement Lenglet that they will not listen to offers for him or include him in any deal as they are ready to keep him, Sport has reported

Inter Milan and other clubs have shown interest in the French centre-back, but Barca have stated that he is not on the transfer market and he will remain at the club.

Fabian Ruiz is Pjanic’s alternative

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona have identified Napoli’s Fabian Ruiz as an alternative if they fail to sign Juventus’ Miralem Pjanic this summer.

Napoli want €60 million for the midfielder, and Barca have already contacted them about a move.

Arthur’s future at Barca still uncertain

AS has reported that Arthur’s future at Barca is still unclear as a club source has been revealed which says, “we are not ruling anything out. We’ll see what he thinks in the summer.”

Arthur Melo has stated many times that he doesn’t want to leave Barca and that he wants to become a star at the club.
